Geraldine R. Eady brings a leadership presence defined by service, regional awareness, relationship-building, and a clear commitment to excellence. Throughout her Delta journey, she has served as President of the Virginia Beach Alumnae Chapter, Vice President, Chair of Membership Services Committee, and Chair of the Chapter Nominating Committee.

Each role has reinforced a central truth: leadership is not about titles. It is about seeing gifts in others, cultivating talent, and creating opportunities for Sorors to serve where they can make the greatest impact.
